Welcome to didaskoPods! didaskoPods is a Homeschool Enrichment Program (HSE) funded through a partnership with ERBOCES. We believe that educational opportunities exist throughout our communities and a decentralized technological approach is the best way to make highest and best use of those unique educational resources for our homeschoolers: Education is everywhere!

3. Program Overview

didaskoPods is a K–12 HSE funded through a partnership with Education ReEnvisioned BOCES. We offer part-time, in-person instruction in arts, STEM, core academics, outdoor education, and more.

4. Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is open to homeschoolers residing in Colorado. Students must not be enrolled full-time in another public school.

5. Attendance

Attendance is required on all scheduled enrichment days unless excused by illness or family emergency. Homeschoolers must complete 90+ hours per semester. Repeated absences without communication may result in withdrawal from the program.

6. Student Behavior & Code of Conduct

We expect students to treat peers and instructors with respect and to uphold our community values. Bullying, disruptive behavior, or disregard for safety rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension from the program.

7. Curriculum

All instruction is secular and must align with public funding requirements. didaskoPods screens educational programs for high educational value, approving those programs that provide the highest educational value to our homeschoolers.

8. FERPA & Student Data Privacy

We comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Student records are confidential and only shared with authorized entities (e.g., ERBOCES, Colorado Department of Education) for reporting and auditing.

9. Health & Safety

Our site follows health protocols in accordance with county and state guidance. Parents must notify us of any allergies, medications, or health plans. This includes voice, video, photos, etc. In order to foster an educational environment that is free of distractions, the casual use of cell phones (e.g. social media, etc.) is also prohibited. Cell phone use should be limited to those activities instructed by parents or as deemed necessary for safety, coordination, planning, etc. The student is free to use their cell phone as they see fit, and are encouraged to act without hesitation, when they are concerned for their safety or the safety of others.
